Tania spent more than 17 years working in government and health, including as District HR Manager for a health district employing over 4,500 staff. Before that, she worked in industrial relations across the NSW public sector. That depth of experience means she has managed almost every kind of workplace HR issue, including mediation and formal complaints, workplace investigations, large-scale recruitment and organisational restructures.
In 2011, Tania started consulting to small and medium businesses in regional NSW through an accredited HR coaching network, spending seven years working directly with small and medium business owners in the New England North West. During that time, she worked with the local and NSW Business Chambers and NSW Department of Regional Development, assisting and educating business owners on the people challenges that were costing them time, money and sleep. She understands regional businesses intimately, not as an outsider looking in.
In late 2025, Tania made the decision to step away from her senior role to relaunch the work she had always found most rewarding: being the trusted HR partner that small businesses actually need. Trusted HR Solutions is the result.
